Both the pineal center in the brain, along with the pituitary, are the closest points of contact between the Higher Self and the personality. Arousing of the 3rd-Eye chakra particularly vivifies the faculty of clairvoyance. It also stimulates the release of hormones that facilitate intuitional awareness and can harmonize the functions of the physical body.
